Cop a Driving Test, provided by Electrokid Technology, respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. When you open an account through our website your name, email address, phone number, UK driving licence number and your test booking reference will be stored on our servers. This information will only be used for the following purposes:

Your details will remain on our servers for a maximum of two years after your test date. Following this you will be notified by email of your account closure and your details will be removed. If you want to remove or change any details related to your account, you can either email us or edit them in your profile on our website.
If your account is inactive for six months we will automatically delete your account. You will receive an email after five months of inactivity to remind you of this and your account will be deleted a month later. To stop your account being deleted just login to your account through our website.
To keep our services secure all traffic to and from our servers is routed through Cloudflare (privacy policy). This protects our services from DDoS attacks and caches frequently requested items on our platform.
Any data kept with us is either held internally on secure servers or with our hosting partners Vultr (privacy policy) and Oracle Cloud (privacy policy).
We also collect analytics information to gain an understanding of how users interact with our site. This is provided by Google and you can disable analytics at any time on this browser by clicking here and disabling tracking and performance cookies.
Your personal data with never be passed to third parties for marketing, any other commercial purposes or inclusion in any mailing list without your explicit consent.
When you choose to connect your Google Calendar with Cop a Driving Test we will share your students driving test information and name with Google and continue to update this information when tests are changed until you disconnect your account. We will create a separate calendar called "Cop a Driving Test" to store this information so that you can easily identify events from Cop a Driving Test. We will never store information about events you have in your calendar other than ones which we have created. You can disconnect your Google Account at any time either through the integrations dashboard or by revoking access to the Cop a Driving Test app through your Google Account. When you disconnect your account through your Cop a Driving Test dashboard we will automatically delete the Cop a Driving Test calendar and all the events in it.
You have the right to know what personal data we hold about you and to ask for the data to be changed or deleted. You have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office if you believe there is a problem with the way we handle your data.
