Terms of Use
Cop a Driving Test is provided by Electrokid Technology. Cop a Driving Test finds earlier driving tests for its customers and customers will be bound by the following terms. These terms and conditions are set out to give our customers the best experience and overall chance of finding an earlier test.
- Cop a Driving Test does not have any affiliation or association with the DVSA or DVLA.
- By creating an account you give permission for Cop a Driving Test to login and manage your driving test through the DVSA website.
- Users should not use any other test cancellation services while using Cop a Driving Test services to ensure that they do not reach the login limits set by the DVSA.
- The user is responsible for messaging us to confirm a driving test by replying with "book" within 10 minutes of being contacted. Failure to do so will result in the reservation being lost. Cop a Driving test is not responsible for any delays in sending SMS or email messages which may result in a test not being booked.
- Users are responsible for providing up to date and correct information when registering for an account. Incorrect data will result in being unable to claim a refund.
- Refunds will be issued if the user does not receive a notification about a driving test within 2 weeks and the users current test is more than 4 weeks away at registration. Refunds will not be issued if the DVSA has moved tests or made changes to their system. Refunds will not include any payment fees charged by our payment processor at the time of purchase (1.4% + 20p for European cards (25/11/2020)).
- Refunds will only be issued if requested by email from the original account holder. Requests must be sent to [email protected] and the fee will only be returned to the original account used to make the transaction.
- We cannot take responsibility for any changes made by the DVSA.
- We are able to search for tests for users with a test placed on hold but do not provide refunds in this case if a test is not found within 2 weeks.
- Users give permission for Cop a Driving Test to contact them using the mobile number provided through the sign up process or by editing their profile. Users can text STOP at any time to disable further updates. However, this will exempt the user from a refund.
- Users have the right to remove their information from Cop a Driving Test server at any time without a reason. They should email [email protected] from the email associated with the account. Refunds will not be issued if the user paid less than 14 days and did not receive a notification and they had notifications enabled for the 14 day period.
